Why two stars is supports only two prong plug... not three like so many plugs are. This is perfect. It's been six months now and still working fine. Very nice product. so hard to plug into those 3 outlets, get to push so hard! Polarized 2 prong plugs don't fit. 3 prongs work though. I also feel its too big and clunky. Great product Can only use three pronged cords. A normal two prong gets stuck. This is a great surge protector with the USB slots it makes a lot of big things disappear you can plug in a lot more into this one strip. works okay for the USB cords but that is all! The receptacles don't take plugs with a wider neutral, so the strip has limited usefulness. It's just a very strange device. Or I missed something on their unreadable instructions.
