Do not buy this product, it broke within two weeks after barely working 20% of the time and they ask you to contact them to give them a chance to make it right and they never... The Product was ok need some work better instructions and different ways to turn up and turn down the levels plus it only worked 2 x and then stopped working . This has been the perfect solution to what I needed. And customer support is amazing to reach out and just make sure the customer is happy. My dogs were driving me crazy! This has really helped controlling their barking! So I have tried many other collars and all but this one have broken! Usually the plastic clips break and the collar part is the only thing usable.
