AWESOME PRODUCT This tape feels about half as strong as other brands I have used. I tape for plantar fasciitis and this tape was not strong enough to rally have any effect. Doesn't stay on while running. I used it three times and about 1 and a half in the tape starts to peel off. The tape doesn't stay on when exercising. worked perfect I have been using the tape on my feet. I had some surgery and it really helped keep slewing and relieves pain Love it!! It did start to roll when I slept with it on my ankle but I don't generally wear them for multiple days.
