- FREE Shipping . You would think quality would be there. But the quality control is not. Nor is the design. The major thing: a bar on the left side, back to front, I think for single lever height... Husqvarna customer service sucks. Bought one from lowes and the engine exploded,customer service transferrred my call to the engine manufacturer. Horrible design. Will not mulch without clogging up and shutting off. I have mowed with this model less than a dozen times and the self propelled part is already starting to cut... After 60 years, yes, 60 years, of mowing lawns this is the worst mower I ever used. The drive mechanism, as others have stated, will not release and the offset rear wheels snag on... The mower was about what I expected however the box was in rough shape upon arrival. I inspected it with the deliverer. All seemed to be ok and all parts ere present. I wanted a lawnmower for hills. It is spectacular so far. You have to practically run uphill behind it. Don't know why I put up with my old lawnmower for so many years. Started 3rd pull for its 3rd season. Even after being poorly winterized (winter/snow came earlier than expected). The self cleaning is awesome. I purchased this mower to replace an old but faithful mower and did so because of the great names of Honda and Husqvarna. I mowed a neighbors lawn and I was impressed. This mower is not worth the money at all and I'm sorry I bought it. First off, they brag about Husqvarna's build quality. Needed to replace a older cub cadet, wanted a single lever height adjust. Arrived with no problems, added oil and started up.
