When I wrote to Tech Armor to make them aware I received no apology and in essence they said it was... Very easy to install. Only took me 5 minutes. Missing a hole for camera not sure why. Very easy to install <--this comes from someone who sucks at putting on those flimsy plastic stickers on devices. I have always used a Zagg screen protector. The tech armor screen protector was much easier to install and looks and feels much better than the Zagg. For the first time in 15+ purchases of Tech armor screen protectors, I am giving a CONDITIONAL "poor" rating. Installation is difficult, product is good. The Tech Armor glass screen protector kit contain all the necessary items needed for installation. Installation was a breeze and took less than 10 minutes Compared to the film... I feel safe with the Tech Armor screen protector on my iPad Pro. It was easy to put on - I always worry I'm going to mess it up, but I didn't :) The installation did not go well. I couldn't get some of the bubbles out and there was a small scratch on the glass that became evident after the install as it caused its own...</li>
