Have been trying to find this exact soundbar for less than the normal $150-175 it goes for, when I stumbled upon this rollback. I've had great success with Walmart refurbs, but obviously YMMV on what you end up with.

This is consistently referred to as the best budget soundbar + wireless subwoofer on most sites I've looked at.

Also, if you're looking for the 2.0 version of this without the wireless subwoofer, eBay has it for 69.99 (Edit: For the non-tech savvy, this means 2 speakers and no subwoofer, not a 2nd generation of the speaker)
