If you are gonna re-sell a used or a returned item at least have the courtesy to dry the thing. DISAPPOINTED. Iron gets hot quick and works well so far, using pretty heavily for about a month now and no issues Love it. Couldn't find a flaw at all. Buy it, you will not regret it. Even heat, fast heat up process, great steam production, even steam distribution, very low... Iron looks nice. My problem is with the auto off. Thanks Like some others, mine also had water droplets in the reservoir when I received it. I didn't mind it as long as the iron worked. For some reason my clothes are more wet if anything when I use this iron.
