Other retailers sell them for $50 more. These are self-powered speakers (no separate amplifier needed) and they off a total of 28 Watts of power plus 3" woofers, 0.5" tweeters, and bass reflex ports. This is a great set of speakers for gamers. There is no sales tax (except in NY).
