I thought the sweep second hand was a real nice touch! Truly a silent clock. Some silent clocks hum, or otherwise make distracting grinding sounds. This keeps perfect time, has good battery life, and is attractive. It doesn't tick and keeps the time! Love. This item has stopped working three times and I put in new batters each time. Now I can not return. Not Happy at all. Looks great. perfect Looks just as expected and looks great on the wall. Works well as an outdoor clock. If I could give zero stars I would. Hasn't worked since I received the clock. The second hand sticks on the hour hand. I travel a lot and don't have time for trash products.
