I wasn't sure this would hold up, but I drive over the road. I've had no issues yet. The magnet doesn't seem super strong but it holds surprisingly well. Not bulky, portable, and very convenient to use. This has great suction and can withstand back road driving and even auto cross. I recently purchase this suction cup magnetic holder so I can use it at my office to hold the iPhone.
