The glass is nice and thick, no worries about it breaking. I just could not pass up getting this mug for Mother's Day! First of all I absolutely love the funny saying (because we all like to think that we are Mom's favorite. Super cute. This is going to be a gift for father's day. I know other reviews said not to dishwasher it but I forgot and put it in there. Great packaging and great quality. I love it and can't wait to give this to my mother on her special day. I also can't wait to see what my sister says and the reaction. Nice heavy glass. Appears to be well made. Will make a fun gift for my mom for mothers day.
