Definitely purchase the ones with the ring on the bottom, it helps them stay put in your pan. I got these because I love poached eggs but I've never been able to make them successfully at home. These egg poschers work relatively fine, but I did have a few issues. These little things really work ! Best to turn inside out to clean. Love these little silicone poaching cups!!!
