I have been on the phone with Ooma and they were unable to get me a better quality voice. This is a horrible product. It does not give you good quality reception. doesnt work scam phone service Sometimes the clarity is not there, but depends on the time of the day probably. So far its been okay. Its cheap and so far has been okay. Best VOIP service I've used yet. Works as advertised. Have no problems at all. I was surprised by the voice quality. You can't tell the difference from a regular landline!
