I have a 2011 Infiniti G37x sedan and I was able to find youtube videos showing how to directly tap this into my fuse box and hide the charging cable. Very good Melted in the AZ sun (parked in the shade with windows cracked) over 8 months, zip tied it closed, randomly turns on and off. Sill works 80% of the time This dashcam has stronger buttons than previous dash and I have owned and is also more resistant to windshield generated heat. I'm happy with the product. I got his camera 5 months ago and now the battery does not work any more, this is a built in and can not be replaced. Does its job well. Really needs a battery. I have been using this for almost 2 weeks now and for this last week it was driving me nuts. It kept turning off and on, the date kept resetting every single time this... Shame shame shame When this dash camera works it's nice. I like the size and the features. The picture quality is good. However, I've had two of these and they both failed within a few months.
