Lowest price I could find recently. This machine doesn't do anything fancy. It sews with only 6 built-in stitches; Straight, zigzag, satin, blind hem, scallop, buttonhole. But, it is good for beginners to learn on as is less complicted and does everything a beginner would need. Would also make a great graduation gift to take to college. For those who predominately want to have machine to mend things, make simple things like curtains or simple halloween costumes or pillows, the machine works without having to deal with all the fancy overkill of many machines.
