The flags STILL tangle. The pole works beautifully, my flag no longer gets furled up in the wind,however; don't expect to get a flag with it like I did. I just assumed it came with a flag. Very happy with my new flagpole. It arrived on time and works as good as describes. I especially like that it swivels so the flag doesn't get wrapped around the pole. Flag pole was received in timely manner and in excellent condition. Performs as advertised. No problems with assembly and looks great. It still gets twisted if really windy but the pole makes it extremely easy to fix it. Good quality, superb looks, and a great idea but my Grace Alley flag still gets tangled around this free-spinning Grace alley flagpole. We did not actually use the flagpole ourselves. We gave it to our newlywed neighbors. Their flag is flying beautifully with NO tangling and already has been through high winds. Beautiful flag pole. Easy to assemble. Does require buying a separate flag holder. Love my new flag pole. I bought two, one for my US flag and one for my POw/ MIA. They look great.
