Strangely, no way to reset. better than I thought, 3 trips in and still impressed Very well built and easily fits in my computer bag, the USB ports work great, I wish I had this years ago. Good item. Died after one use.....now have blinking green light.....tried to contact BESTEK, will not respond to email inquiries.....useless piece of junk now....do not buy..... Works great. Short thick cable is just short enough you can't plug in and set strip on table top. Plug to cable setup means must plug in lower spot on wall socket and thick cable is no help... Well made, perfect for travel.
