Easy to use. I believe it cleans the skillet but am not sure that the soap is strong enough. Maybe it is created that way so as not to corrode the surface of the skillet. Love your cast iron soap. Wouldn't use anything else on my skillet. Bought some for my daughter and she loves it, too. Will be buying more soon This cast iron soap is a must, especially to use after cooking fish, onions or any other food item with a strong after odor. This is a great product for cleaning my cast iron frying pan. Kind of a weird smell but it did the job and did not affect the seasoning. I normally just use hot water and chain mail scrubber. Really happy with this product so far, it does a great job cleaning stuck on foods from our cast iron cookware! BEST product I have ever used! Works great on cast iron. A little pricey for soap so had to knock down a star. Worked great on my pans!
