Amazon has lowered the minimum order required to receive free shipping on most items to $25, down from $35. The previous $35 threshold was only introduced in February of this year; prior to that, customers had to spend at least $49 for free shipping. Meanwhile, Prime members continue to get free 2-day shipping on all eligible items with no minimum required.
