You get what you pay for mine came missing one of the sides metal ring making it useless. Had to go to the hardware store to buy a wire to rig it together. This fell apart after less than a month of use. I was very disappointed. It wasn't cheap! Bought for grand baby birthday. Had I seen it in a store I wouldn't have bought it. 100 balls isn't enough. it tore on the bottom easily after few days This is a flimsy product and will collapse with little use I purchased this and it's cute but I suggest you order extra balls as 100 isn't much at all. This ball pit collapses whenever my child enters through the door. Poor design. Would not recommend this item. everythink was ok, it was a very good experience Flimsy , balls don't stay inside. Not the best quality.
