It has a very strong pool-float smell that just wouldn't go away. The green is a little more green than I thought, but it's fine! I love the holes for drainage. Will stop it from getting moldy on the bottom! After buying several mats that turned into "slip 'n slides" within a few months, I bought two of these which, at least intiially, seem much more secure. This mat discolored my tub.. It was only down for less than two days. It grips well though. It does have suction cups - don't know why the description said it didn't. We've only had it for a month, I think and so far it's holding up nicely. The last one we had was just a generic one from Walmart and you would run water and immediately it would... Very satisfied.
