It seems to help when I stand for hours. Love the mats. I have arthritis and it feels like therapy to stand on them! My husband and I both love to cook and make jelly from our grape vineyard. I WAS very happy to get this: good cushioning, but not so deep as to be a trip hazard. But it has started delaminating on the edges. SO disappointing. This is great! Comfortable, durable (had for three months and no wear), and looks really nice. Fine for the price. Clearly feels like it's not meant for long periods of standing and doesn't feel like the highest quality. So comfortable! very comfortable Makes standing in the kitchen easier on my, and my wife's, feet. Love this item! It was totally worth the money!
