Took it on a long business trip. First time I used it I realized I'd been had. It steams only intermittently, for about 8-10 seconds at a time. But heat. When it warms up, water spits out the front. When I use it on my clothes it leaves water mark streaks and my clothes end up having to go in the dryer because they are then wet. Easy to use steamer! It heats up pretty quickly-about a minute. It does a good job getting wrinkles out.The size is perfect. This is a great little steamer. Very easy to operate, not too heavy, easy packing for travel and I use at home too. Didn't work as I was hoping. Puts out very little steam. Doesn't get wrinkles out.
