They never advertise the fact that there is UV protection, so they are not breaking any rules but sunglasses that don't have UV protection are not really good to wear in the sun. The Quality and style of the sunglasses are as expected. The fit was comfortable and the lens are dark enough for fun in the sun. These are a great buy.
