Kind of bulky and awkward bt reforms well I've been using this vacuum for some time now -- it was my favorite handheld vacuum as it was extremely powerful. Very strong power but short battery life Motor disintegrated after only a few months light use. Worked well prior to that, and strong suction. Disappointed. Best thing I have baught for my house. I have two small children who leave crumbs everywhere. Its perfect for a quick cleanup and My 5 year old can do it himeself. It vacuums better than other hand-held devices. No problems to date with this vacuum. The unit would not charge and did not work. I called Black and Decker and they sent another one. Great customer service! BUT very disappointed the first one didn't work at all. Very nice suction but doesn't last very long on a full charge. They will shut down after a short time~15 minutes
