It has a deep pocket above the blade so it's hard to get out air bubbles and also hard to get out dried-on soap if you let it get too thick, but... did a test run on smoothies and well did what it should will get few more later for backups works great Great for the price. Note: It does not come apart for cleaning, so it's a bit difficult and scary (sharp blade) to clean. Please never try this! I used it once and it never worked again. Complete waste of money!!!! Got insanely hot the first time using it, and the motor burned out. My husband had to run out at 10pm to purchase one from Kohl's since I was in the middle of a soap batch. WORKS GREAT Easy to use, works great for making soap! Would recommend, Thank you Hamilton Beach Works as expected! Great for blending! Mom loves it.
